Community Development Programme
In 2006 WAPCo rolled out Community Development Program (CDP). The focus of the CDP was to promote development of host communities. The program focused on identifying critical needs and high yielding community investment strategies to meet the infrastructure development gaps in the communities
The community development Program covers areas :
Health
Organizing periodic health outreach programs to provide free health screening for members in our host communities
Education
A key tol in the socio-economic development of our communities, We support education through infrastructure and other things
Water and Sanitation
Supporting the local authories efforts in improving water and sanitation conditions in our host communities.
Training
Equipping the youth in our host communities with skills through training and setting them with tools and equipment upon completion of their training
